Customs & Import Tax

Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.

In most countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.

Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you or you cannot pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

Shipping FAQ

1. How Can I Track My Order?

You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse.

Processing: You can check the status in "My Orders" page in your Irespirator account.

Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details.

Notes:

Orders under $30 using Super Saver Shipping will not have a tracking code, you can estimate delivery based on the delivery chart above.

2. How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service (or email to support@irespirator.com) Now!

3. Why didn't I Get A Tracking Code?

Standard shipping offers great low rate shipping however orders under $30 using standard shipping will not have a tracking code.

If you used one of our other shipping methods or your order is over $30 using standard shipping and have not received a tracking code, check your order status, it may have not been shipped yet. You will be emailed the tracking code when the order is made.

5. Is Shipping Fee Included in The Prices?

If products are marked "free shipping", then you will do not need to pay for shipping cost. Free shipping to the whole world.

For products without "free shipping", you need to use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order. Please put the desired number of items in your shopping cart and then click to the checkout page, and then you can find shipping prices for different shipping services.

6. How Do I Cancel An Order?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel. Contact Customer Service or email to support@irespirator.com.

You can find out you order status in "Order Details" page in your irespirator account.

7.If need to pay the tariff, do you need to bear it by the customer?

We will bear all the customs duties of our customers.
